Araneta Properties is a publicly listed Philippine based real estate company with a total of 236 hectares of land involved in a joint venture partnership with Sta. Lucia Real Estate and Development; one of the biggest real estate developers in the country. Dubbed as one of the best selling real estate developments in 2006, it is currently planning to roll out its expansion for a third phase of residential lots. The area is located in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, a stone’s throw away from Metro Manila.

SAN JOSE DEL MONTE, BULACAN

San Jose del Monte City is located at the edgepoint of Metro Manila and is only 25km from Makati City. It is the largest city in the province of Bulacan and enjoys a steady population growth rate of 5% per annum as many people migrate from the Metro to find more affordable homes. Transportation to and from the central business districts takes approximately 45minutes though this will decrease significantly as currently two infrastructure projects are being planned in the area.
