Colinas Verdes Joint Venture Project

In 2003, Araneta Properties signed a Joint Venture Agreement with Sta. Lucia Realty & Dev., to develop the company’s 236 hectare property. The project was launched in 2005 and the first phase is currently almost completed. Phase 2 is underway and Phase 3 is already being planned.

Country Club

A country club, included in the Joint Venture Agreement will soon arise in the area with all sports amenities to include a swimming pool, badminton courts, a tennis court, a basketball court and a bowling alley as well function rooms, game rooms and fine dining.
